When to use & How it works

Deep Heat Pain Relief Back Patch provides targeted, long-lasting, odourless, warming pain relief for back pain, muscular aches, pain, strains, spasms, and joint stiffness. Can be used for hip, thigh, neck, and shoulder pain.

The patch activates within 1 minute and will heat up within 5 minutes providing penetrating warmth for up to 8 hours. Once removed it can continue to provide pain relief for a further 8 hours.

Therapeutic heat from the Deep Heat Warming Belt helps reduce pain giving targeted pain relief right where you need it. Plus, penetrating heat helps relax stiff, sore, aching muscles and joints helping to restore movement. Heat increases blood flow to the affected area providing oxygen and nutrients to aid the healing process.

Apply only to clean, dry skin.

Tear open the plastic packet, remove the protective film from the patch, and apply the patch to the affected area, adhesive side onto the skin or clothing. Do not bandage over the patch. Do not cut the patch, massage, fold, or wet the patch. Delicate aging skin: apply the adhesive side of the patch to clothing.

To remove, slowly peel off the patch. After use, disposes are available in regular household waste. Single-use only. DO NOT attempt to reheat in the oven or microwave. Speak to your doctor or pharmacist if your symptoms do not improve.

Can Deep Heat products be used at the same time as oral painkillers?

This includes medicines you have bought without a prescription. There is no reason why Deep Heat Pain Relief Patches, Warming Belts, or Muscle Massage Roll-ons cannot be used at the same time as oral painkillers.
